Everyone will at some point in their lives experience bereavement and loss. This is the natural order of things which can’t be avoided, yet it brings up feelings of anger, frustration, betrayal and sadness, to name a few.
Dealing with and moving on from loss is not usually a straight forward process. It can be extremely difficult to come to terms with the death of a close friend or loved one, yet, some people do and do go on to lead active and healthy lives.
This is a NLP based course it will enables participants of this course to understand grief and the stages of grief. You will learn various methods and techniques to cope with grief and the intensity of emotions it brings.
