Have you forgotten how to sleep? Do you lie in bed, staring at the ceiling, worrying away as you chalk up yet another sleepless night? Or wake up too early, in a state of anxiety? If you answered yes, you’re in good company. Deep and regular sleep plays an important role in physical and mental health.
During this workshop, you will experience a guided meditation, along with receive the immediate benefits of breathing techniques. Learn how to tune yourself into a deep stage of relaxation with some yoga nidra guidance (yogic sleep) while listening some binaural waves at isochronic frequencies that help induce good quality sleep.
You will also learn stretching and yoga postures to practice before bedtime. In addition, lifestyle tips and diet advice will be shared to enable you to deal with and avoid insomnia.
Even if you are not a meditator or a yogi, you will be able to easily understand and practice the techniques shared in this workshop to get you back to sleeping soundly once in your cosy bed.
