Nowadays stress has become a major part of our lives, somehow it has become impossible to imagine our daily life stress free; that we eagerly await our vacations or weekend to let that stress out of our system.
Scientific evidence shows that a prolonged exposure to stress can impact our overall physical, emotional and mental wellbeing that takes years off of our life.
The following workshop is for anyone who wants to establish a concrete grounding within them, that the outside stress no longer takes the best of them.
