Yogareiki is a method combining a flow of asanas very smooth, circular in motion, graceful, like a soft poetic dance. These connecting movements are safe, easy on the body, and okay for any level of yoga.
Yogareiki embraces proper diet and body cleansing techniques with additional teachings on how yogic lifestyle can help to influence your whole life in a positive way.
The method is tailored to connect with the life forces energies to embody each asana on a spiritual level, and to restore and harmonize the energetic system, hormones secretion, regulating glands, healing organs and balancing digestive system.
Yogareiki will help to release your body’s stagnant energy. Opening up this stagnant energy helps to change your circulation and relax the brain.
As a Reiki practitioner, you are aware of how powerful Reiki can be in your life. Take it to an extraordinary new level by learning to incorporate it into yoga. Experience a fun, feel-good workout that combines both Reiki and Yoga.
During the workshop you will swap between 2 groups, the givers and the receivers. You will also experience powerful guided meditations and light activation exercises as well as chakras bijas mantras.
