
What can I expect to experience during and after a Sound Therapy session?
During the session you will experience sounds from the instruments to relax the mind. While in the relaxed state, Lawrence introduces energy-healing vibrational techniques to clear and cleanse the body and energetic fields. Then with toning or mantras we will bring into the person a state of wholeness, balance and well-being. After the session there is a heightened state of awareness that allows the person be more present and able to flow through life differently and with more choices.

How many times should someone do a Sound therapy session in a week/month? Side Effects?
There are no side effects to Sound Therapy.
How many times should one get it done, depends on the person, and what objectives we are working to achieve. Sound Therapy can be used to bring a glow to the skin and rejuvenate the blood, circulatory and glandular systems, and this can be done daily. Some people who suffer from insomnia will have 2 sessions a week to learn how to use vocal toning to relax the body and mind. So it really depends on the person and what we are working on.
