Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first 20-minute consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It’s a chance to share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and decide together whether working with us feels right for you.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We typically have availability within 2–5 business days. Book online, call, or send a message, and our team will confirm the earliest slot that works for you.
Can I have sessions online instead of in person?
Yes. Many of our sessions, including hypnotherapy, RTT, and life coaching, can be conducted securely over video call. Let us know your preference when booking.
What languages do your therapists work in?
Our team offers sessions in English and Arabic. Let us know your preferred language when reaching out and we’ll match you with the right practitioner.
Where is the clinic and is there parking?
We’re at Meliá Desert Palm, Floor B (inside Samana Spa). Complimentary guest parking is available on-site. Full directions are provided when you confirm your appointment.
