Ancestral healing is a very powerful and rewarding session where we look at healing the ancestors from both our mother’s side and father’s side. It can identify and put an end to transgenerational trauma running in the family and allows for space to open up for positive transformation.
As our ancestors are always eager to guide us, protect us and direct us towards a fulfilling life, we will use this group meditation to connect only with our happy ancestors and get their blessings for ourselves. We will go on a journey together to reconnect with our ancestors through a guided state of meditation and bring back into our lives some resources for a happy fulfilling life.
