This meditation uses the process of inhalation and exhalation, to feel sensations caused by the movement of breath in and out of the body.
It trains the mind to be sensitive to the breath and how it changes with the nature of our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
We slowly begin to become a neutral observer to our mind and the nature of our positive and negative thoughts . We become calm and relaxed to all that is happening around us, by realizing our negativity and fear is not who we are.
Through constant practice we become established in our being and begin to realize that our mind is just transitory and something we have gathered since birth as a memory.
This meditation gives access to deeper insights into the nature of reality and the ability to be peaceful loving and at ease in every life situation.
