Weekly Art Club that focuses on connection, community, and wellness. Participants will be guided through simple Mindfulness-based Art Therapy activities. Themes include, but are not limited to
- Improving positive coping skills
- Increasing positive thinking
- Management of stress
- Increasing interpersonal connection
No prior experience or artistic ability is needed.
The session cost is AED 105 (inc VAT) and the art pack is a one-time AED 40 extra
For a monthly package (4 sessions a month) – AED 400 inclusive of all the art supplies
