Sound Healing Meditation combined with a simple mindfulness-based art activity. The Sound Healing Meditation releases any energetic blocks to allow for deeper connection and understanding. Creating mindfulness artwork connects the participant with their unconscious thoughts and feelings. Offered weekly all supplies included.
