What is body whispering?
Body whispering includes the relationship and awareness of your body, your “being”, and the energy of consciousness (also known as, body whispering energy).
When we connect to our body awareness and trust, this is where we connect to the whispering energy .
In a body whispering group session our facilitator Bakul will connect to every bodies energy to get awareness of their bodies to understand what the body requires and what it is asking for.
This will then be followed by the energy of body whispering.
