Are you feeling a little tired, overwhelmed and stressed? well, you may not know this but, meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote relaxation in the mind and body.
This candle light meditation will draw your focus to a candle flame and in doing so will allow the minds attention to return back to the here and now, and this will begin the relaxation process.
As you begin to unwind and relax, we will take you on a guided meditation to help unpack the everyday stressors you may be carrying, leaving you feeling a little lighter once the mediation is complete.
