Candlelight Yoga

In this candlelight yoga, you will be guided deeply inward as you completely surrender into relaxation. This class will begin with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative postures are then integrated allowing you to continue to open up and go further into your relaxation.
