The purpose of life is to have fun. What takes away this joy of living is the places where we have made ourselves unconscious and created suffering instead of a celebration of life!
Celebration is the knowing that we are different from others, and our difference is not a wrongness but, a strength and a gift to the world.
Most people create life from contraction, limitations, judgements and suffering to feel they exist. We unconsciously begin to mirror our family, clan, culture, religion and others pain and negative pathways without questioning is it really true for us.
We use self doubt, self hatred and self criticism to fit in, instead of acknowledging the weird and crazy that we are. Happiness and ease is our truth, known to us since childhood.
In this meditation we release our need to hide our true self or be like any body else, and instead we claim and own our born right, the freedom to just be ourselves.
