Chakra Balancing – Group Clearing

In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These energy centers are each linked to certain nerve bundles and major organs.
To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
In this group session, I will use Emotion and Body Code, and with a pendulum I will connect to the group energy and identify and release emotions, and other energetic imbalances to balance our chakras and energy field.
