This meditation will include breathwork which helps release stagnant and blocked energies, increase your intuition, and bring emotional stability and mental calm and clarity.
It will also enable you to go deeper into your meditative state and give you the opportunity to connect with your chakras and cleanse them., thereby bringing more peace and calm to your mind and body. There is also the added benefit of stress relief, improved sleep, and overall relaxation.
