Chakra Balancing with Light Healing in the Salt Room

This is the ultimate healing experience. Held in our Salt room using light healing whilst doing a Chakra Balancing meditation. In the Salt room we have Himalayan Salt which  removes negative energy, revitalizes skin, and is good for the respiratory system, light therapy can have positive effects on the brain and finally blend in a very relaxing Chakra Balancing Meditation which balances out the negative energies in your body. Overall this is a powerful meditation in an extremely serene environment.

You will learn tips and techniques of how to manage general stress and anxiety and promote a positive mindset, you will learn a little about Chakras during meditation and how we can balance them Overall how to release and let go of negative feelings.
