This meditation will include sound through Tibetan singing bowls which can increase the frequency of your intentions and elevate help you balance your Chakras.
It will also enable you to go deeper into your meditative state and give you the opportunity to connect with your chakras and cleanse them., thereby bringing more peace and calm to your mind and body. There is also the added benefit of stress relief, improved sleep and overall relaxation.
