Coffee Morning Relation With Your Body

Your body is your loyal and life long companion!
But how do we interact with it? From hatred, rejection, obsession, or love and affection? How do we really feel about it?
The kind of relationship you have with your body has a massive effect on other areas of your life such as finances, relationships, and home environment. If you are well in tuned to your body and actually are adhere to its needs with compassion, it can contribute to abundance, happiness, and wellness.
Let us come together over a cup of warm coffee and discuss our feelings, thoughts, and emotions over this topic.
Let us help each other to understand our bodies better and cultivate a stronger bond with it. Also, we will be showing demos using tools to help balance or heal certain patterns that don’t lead to body awareness.
