The term ‘diet’ has grabbed so much attention in the last decade. Why? Because of the pressure to look a certain way.
You can choose to look and feel however you would like without having to abuse and harm your body. You don’t have to feed it items it doesn’t wish to have.
In this one-hour talk a warm cup of coffee, we would chat about how our body is gifted but we don’t listen to it.
How it has the capability of guiding us and being our nutritionist for free of cost!!
We will also share tools that would get you more aware of what your body desires and show demos of how to cure imbalances using SRT and Thetahealing tools.
