When we become more aware of the present moment we live from a place of appreciation and joy. For
us to stay in this awareness without all the distractions of life, we need to be able to bring ourselves into
the Now moment and try to stay there as often as we can. To do this it helps to focus on our breathing
and our senses, as this heightens our experience of life and all its blessings. Once you are in alignment
with all parts of yourself, you connect to your true self of inner peace and happiness.
