EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a technique used to reduce stress and anxiety, along with many other issues.
It consists of simple self-tapping, with your fingertips on specific points on your hands, head, and upper body while focusing on any issues, negative feelings or difficulty.
This helps to calm the nervous system and restores the balance of energy flow in the body. It is also an effective tool to help address and release any stressful emotions, trauma, fears, phobias, and physical pain
