In this meditation, we connect to us and all levels and layers of what defines us. Sending love to areas of our physical, mental, emotional, auric and etheric parts that have felt neglected and rejected and collect them all in a warm and loving embrace. This will leave us feeling fully connected and present with all aspects of ourselves.
