Motherhood can be extremely challenging at times. While labor and sleepless nights may top the list for many of us when we think of tough motherhood experiences, it’s the emotional challenges that the hardest. You become vulnerable in a way you never imagined possible.
How does one balance their mind, body and hearts so that we can function properly, live happier and healthier?
Grounding ourselves help us become fully present in our bodies, accepting the fact that even though we are spiritual beings, we are now walking on this Earth in this physical body, and we need to honor who we now are, the role we are meant to play and the path we chose to walk in this physical world.
So with a guided grounding meditation, we can form a deeper and stronger connection with mother earth and oneness of life. This will help us stay rooted, relaxed and centered through the big challenges that are a part and parcel of motherhood.
