This Meditation is for all who wish to bring their emotions under control and into harmony.
If you find your emotions get overwhelming at times and it's difficult to keep them in check, you’re not
the only one.
Often, we get so caught up with the stresses of life that our emotions can take over, keeping us in a
state of anxiety or fear and the more you think about what’s happening the worse this can get.
There’s a way to take back your power over these difficult times and bring yourself back into a state of
calm and peace.
This meditation aims to bring emotions into balance and give you a greater sense of wellbeing.
