Wherever we feel comfortable, it is where our Comfort Zone is. We all seek this space naturally so that we can live with less uncertainty, low stress and little anxiety. Why would you want to expand the comfort zone if your needs are being met there? Because growth can happen only when you step out of one zone and step into another.
During this group session, Ruchika will guide you to recognize which zone are you currently in and how to safely expand it to transcend your fears through awareness.
