Most of us do not realize how much emotional pain we are carrying around. We don’t understand why we continually follow unhealthy patterns with ourselves and in our relationships. We may be unaware that some of these patterns may stem from our childhood.
In this session, through guided meditation and visualization, we learn to communicate with our wounded inner child and learn to heal that relationship.
