Free Talk: Emotional Weight

Emotions are energy, and energy is in constant motion.
So it is with your body; those feelings need to go somewhere. Emotional weight is weight gain put on with the body’s attempts to cope with stress, pain, fear, trauma, and other undigested unprocessed toxic heavy emotions and feelings through the intake of unhealthy food and associated controlling habits.
In this Awareness Talk, the facilitator will discuss the connection between the Mind and Body and how emotions when ingested and bottled up, can impact and influence our body. She will share a few tips to kick start your reclamation of health and wellness. Awareness when applied, leads to change!
