Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive.
Even in the darkest of days, we can always find something to be grateful for. It enables us to shift our focus from what our lives lack to the abundance that is already present in it. Gratitude makes us happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress.
A guided meditation of thanksgiving elevates and energizes us and makes us more receptive in paving the way for inner peace and harmony within. Gratitude also promotes and amplifies the process of manifestation in our life.
Everything begins with gratitude.
