Grounding Group Healing Session to Release Anxiety & Stress

Most of our daily lives are so hectic, that it can lead us to feel disembodied and “lost in our thoughts;” disconnected from ourselves, and our surroundings. For some, our usual meditation practices may not be helpful, especially if we fall into the pattern of trying to manipulate our thoughts rather than staying with our actual experience. Present circumstances have created uncertainties, instability, and insecurities. A lot of us are feeling more and more unsettled and ungrounded, leading to extreme stress and anxiety.
In this meditation, the facilitator will guide you to reconnect to the physical body, move away from the thought body, and focus on sensations and feelings. Staying true to what we are sensing and feeling in the moment, and being mindful to stay in the experience is more valuable than we realize.
Grounding Meditation practices are incredibly effective and their benefits are immense and layered. You will learn to connect with Mother Earth and experience her nourishing healing energies.
What will you learn?
The facilitator will guide you to walk within the body…and teach you how to be present in the body, so that you can allow the depth of your body-based intelligence to reveal itself. You will learn to go deeper into the body and experience its fullness, rather than staying in more rarified, “above-the-neck” states of consciousness.
You will learn to release the energies that create stress and anxiety.
Once you re-train yourself to be in your body, you will start seeing benefits in all areas of your life, as your whole becoming more open, connected, and compassionate. The calm that gets created in the body will enable you to feel the ease and the clarity of being completely in the present.
Who is it for?
This session is for anyone who is feeling anxious or stressed and is experiencing a feeling of instability, insecurity and being ungrounded. In present times, this is for any and everyone!
