In today’s world of dynamic distraction and uncertainty, stress and anxiety management has become a necessary life skill.
A grounding meditation is all about coming back to alignment and to your centre. Using the feet to feel physically rooted to the ground, and anchoring you to your breath, we use guided imagery to reconnect with nature.
This grounding meditation will help you to feel rooted to the stabilizing properties of the Earth, and focus your mind and energy on the present moment
