With the demands and changes of life, sometimes we can feel mentally scattered, stressed and distracted. This leads to procrastination, irritation and a constant feeling of not being able to “get a grip” on things.
This meditation facilitates you to reconnect with your body and the earth in a very deep way. You will embark on a journey within the body with presence and total awareness so that you can communicate, understand and heal the body in ways to may never have before.
Grounding Meditation practices are highly recommended, and their benefits are immense and layered. Once you re-train yourself to be in your body in a very simple and natural way, you’ll start seeing benefits in all areas of your life, as your whole becoming more open, grounded, connected, and compassionate.
