Stress and anxiety have a severe impact on our health, relationships, creativity, abundance and overall quality of life.
In this group session, through the powerful technique of Emotion and Body Code, we identify and release emotions, and other energetic imbalances that are causing stress and anxiety so that we can enjoy a deep sense of ease, peace and relaxation.
