Root & Sacral Chakra Blocks – Group Healing Session

In this chakra series, we will explore the first two chakras – The Root chakra and the Sacral chakra.
The root chakra is our foundation and base for living. How safe we feel in the world and how we trust is all rooted in this chakra.
The sacral is about our passion, creativity and relationships.
We will look into some of the common symptoms when these chakras are imbalanced, and explore the fears and emotions behind these.
We will do a meditation and chanting to open and balance these chakras. I will also be conducting a group clearing to release any trapped emotions and imbalances from these chakras.
Suitable for anyone who would like to live a more joyous and peaceful life.
