All of us have an inner child. It is that part of us that feels hurt, neglected, and rejected. It is that part of us that never grew up because it’s emotional, mental or physical needs were not met.
Healing our inner child means giving ourselves the love that we often expect from others. Most of our patterns and blocks come from the wounded inner child.
In this healing session, we will explore our inner child. I will do a group healing session using Emotion & Body Code, where we will identify these emotions and imbalances and release them with ease.
Suitable for anyone who would like to step out of the victim mentality and take charge of their lives.
