This is a workshop about coming to life and shifting gear from self doubt and suffering, to joy and self union.
This workshop goes beyond the learned traditional techniques of controlling your mind, it is not about retrieving into any cave to gain enlightenment, it is learning how to relax totally, unconditionally and accept ourselves in the present moment.
The joy of enlightenment is the simplicity of being present in the here and now, and being at peace and acceptance with whatever is happening inside and outside of us.
Enlightenment is about inclusivity and letting go of the resistance put up by our ego and gathered memory that has formed its own identity, so that we can be joyful, happy and alive.
This workshop is about realigning to our primary nature which is joy and play, the original reason for creation to happen in this world!
