Chakra Balancing Meditation!
We all search for health and happiness in our external environment, thinking that these are readily available in the outside world. However, several times, this quest remains misdirected.
Harmonized functioning of the body is easily achieved by looking inwards and tapping the vast hidden resources of energy present in our system.
Aura is the energy field in and around our body. Our physical body is soaked in this energy like a sponge soaked in water. The Aura is not uniformly distributed and there are certain centers where energy is concentrated. Since this energy moves like a wheel in a circular fashion, these vortices are called ‘chakras’.
The seven major chakras correspond to each endocrine gland.
In this meditation, we learn how to clear blocks in the energy field which causes the healthy functioning of these chakras and the subsequent understanding of the psyche of a person.
If practiced regularly, this meditation enables one to feel balanced and positive.
