Meditation :Self Love

|Self-love exists on a large scale. Lack of self-love is very common and has transformed into somewhat of an epidemic in today’s world. Though too much ego can have its own complications and is easier to identify, the absence of self-love a pressing issue that we intend to identify and challenge in this meditation workshop.|
Life will begin to unfold in a positive manner when we believe in ourselves. This will nurture self-love allowing it to flourish. Love is an ever-present entity and we only need to receive and accept it as unconditional.
In this guided meditation participants are gently lead towards releasing all inner blockages and accepting the love as it has always been; true and unlimited.
