Weekly Art group focused on self-care, connection, and community. Participants can explore the joy’s and challenges of motherhood within a safe and supported environment through simple Mindfulness-based Art Therapy activities. No prior experience or artistic ability is needed. Art supply kits are included with the purchase of a package.
For Single session, AED 100 + VAT per session plus a one time fee of AED 40 for the art pack.
For the monthly package (4 sessions a month) – AED 400 inclusive of all the art supplies
