New Year, New Beginnings. We now have a blank canvas, and as our thoughts can create our reality this is the perfect opportunity to set your new intentions and send them out to the universe. In the Salt room we have Himalayan Salt which removes negative energy, revitalises skin, and is good for the respiratory system added with light therapy which can have positive effects on the brain. Perfect environment for setting your new intentions for the New Year.
