Fear is known to be a very natural feeling that occurs when one feels they that may be emotionally, mentally or physically unsafe or under threat. During an anxiety attack the body switches into fight or flight mode which causes the system to release stress hormones as a natural reaction. The fear may or may not correspond to the actual event that may be happening at the time.
