This guided meditation will help you let go of any old attachments and unwanted emotions of past relationships and situtations by accepting and releasing your current emotions. Releasing all inner hurts and pains, and re-discovering your ability to truly let go and forgive, will allow you to positively and deeply heal your mind, body, and spirit.
Letting go is an important practice for everyone to develop as they move forward on their spiritual journeys. Pent up negative energy from past events that remain in the present for example, still feeling guilty or ashamed about something that happened, can be a major cause of individual suffering, and prevent us from living a life full of boundless energy and joy.
