Sometimes things can get overwhelming as our thoughts seem to take over and create scenarios of things that might happen to us, and this leads to feelings or anxiety and fear. It feels as if you have no control and can’t catch your breath.
This group session will help you to become very calm and understand how to stay within your body rather than in your thoughts and take back control of your emotions.
