This session encompasses a journey to self-awareness through the exploration of your physical being to find your Inner Spirit (the ever-present awareness or always witnessing Knower) of who you really are.
We will look at your thoughts and emotions and ask the question “Are they really related to you or just
We also investigate our energy centers (Chakras) and see how blocked energies are repeat offenders of our negative behaviors.
We will go through and cleanse and heal these energies to flow into a deep meditation.
