How often do you make everyone and everything else the priorty and you last on the priority list? When we do not make ourseleves a priority we feel like a hamster in a wheel fulling responsibilites but feeling tired, depeleted and empty on the inside.
This meditation is all about relaxing, rejuvenating and discovering love for one’s own self. Participants will embark on a journey of self love and self care which is as important as taking care of your loved ones. Remember without You there are no others and is now the time to give youself the care and consideration that is well over due?
