Shake & Release is for the mind, body, and soul. Over the 60 minutes session, we shall warm up, shake, flow, dance, and meditate to an eclectic mix of music that will satisfy all tastes.

You’ll be amazed at how energized, empowered, and stress-free you will feel after connecting to this moving meditation.

There are no rules in shaking, no choreography, no routine, and zero judgment.
