Join us in experiencing the oldest and newest self-care tool around, that is Shaking.
“Let’s Shake” is for the mind, body, and soul. Over the 60 minutes session, we shall warm up, shake, flow, dance, and meditate to an eclectic mix of music that will satisfy all tastes.
You’ll be amazed at how energized, empowered, and stress-free you will feel after connecting to this moving meditation.
There are no rules in shaking, no choreography, no routine, and zero judgment.
What you need – wear comfortable clothing/water /a smile
