Join us in experiencing the unique self-care tool, that is Shake & Release.
Shake & Release is for the mind, body and soul. Over 60 minutes we shall warm up, shake, flow and dance to an eclectic mix of music that will satisfy all tastes. Ending with a relaxing and cleansing Guided Meditation.
There are no rules in shaking, no choreography, no routine and zero judgement.

Anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxed way to release the stresses of daily life.
