For many centuries as far back as Ancient Greece, sound healing has been used to heal many ailments and remedies. Famous Philosophers Plato and Aristotle claimed that music had the ability to affect the soul and emotions. Sound healing meditation with Tibetan bowls is one such technique by which certain frequencies of sound waves can rejuvenate our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies at a cellular level by bringing it back to a harmonious vibration.
During the sound and vibrational meditation, we use a variety of Tibetan singing bowls to create a soothing sound that induces a deep sense of peace and relaxation. A combination of certain frequencies of sound healing meditation will release any stress and imbalances within the body to enjoy greater balance and harmony. This is a great opportunity to become mindfully aware of the shift this new vibrational frequency brings in bringing back the body to a peaceful and relaxed state.
This is your ‘me’ time and an opportunity to honor your body, mind, and soul!
