When was the last time you felt relaxed? When was the last time you didn’t feel ‘stressed out’?
Stress is not a normal state of being. We are not designed to be in a constant state of stress day in and day out. Yet it has become normal and more accepted over time. Some people have almost forgotten what it feels like to not be stressed.
Constant stress can take a serious toll on your mental, emotional and physical health. It is up to you to take better care of yourself.
While certain stressors cannot be changed or controlled, you can choose to do things that help provide relief from some of that stress.
